Edi checks all receipts for anomalies, non-compliant expense items or incorrect information and, where necessary, specifically involves the approver or a compliance team. The Edi Compliance Centre can also handle approvals based on your parameters: you define what can be approved without human intervention and which cases must always be reviewed by your team. Country Compliance
For each country, Edi automatically checks additional information such as company addresses, permitted amounts without a company address, and supplementary details such as registration or invoice numbers. Duplicate Detection
Edi automatically detects whether a receipt has already been recorded and/or claimed, not only for the individual user, but across the entire system. Edi also identifies cases where someone has been invited to a meal but still claims a meal allowance or daily allowance for that day.

In the Edi Compliance Center, you define what needs to be checked when reviewing receipts. Users or people involved in the approval workflow are specifically alerted to violations or anomalies. This leaves you more time to focus on exceptions rather than checking small receipts.
One Assistant, Multiple Channels
Switching back and forth between apps can be disruptive for some users. Edi works in the mobile app, in the browser and, via the Edi Assistant, also in Microsoft Teams.
