Assistants‘ Day 2023
The annual Assistants’ Day was held at the Zurich Convention Center on 6 September 2023 – a highlight for those working as assistants in our region. A host of visitors from various companies and organisations took the opportunity to add to their professional knowledge, make valuable contacts and keep on top of the latest developments in their field. We were represented at a stand together with Kuoni Business Travel, enjoying inspiring encounters and generating enthusiasm for our Edi expenses tool.
What participants expected
A varied programme awaited participants at the Assistants’ Day, including informative presentations and interactive workshops. Prominent experts and speakers from a range of industries gave insights into current topics of importance for assistants. They examined aspects such as efficient time management, communication techniques, professional networking and the increasing importance of digital tools in modern office work.
Our contribution as presenters
The event also offered an exhibition space where a number of companies presented their products and services. Visitors had the opportunity here to discover innovative solutions for office organisation, technologies for effective time management and other supporting tools. We presented the Edi expenses tool in conjunction with Kuoni Business Travel,. Together, we offer a wide range of solutions, services and service partners covering a full range of requirements in the area of business travel at all times. The Assistant's Day 2023 marked the first trade fair appearance with Edi’s new branding. There was tremendous interest in travel and expenses management. Edi enables us to digitise the expenses process and integrate business credit cards and travel reservations, making the tool an all-inclusive solution. Its ease of use when on the move renders the expenses assistant the perfect travel companion.
The event attracted more than 900 visitors to the Convention Center in Zurich for the 6th Assistant’s Day. Attendees were delighted by the varied programme and discussions with more than 150 exhibitors. We look forward to future events.
