The countdown to go-live

Kick-off & analysis

We'll tackle the project together and discuss how to proceed in the next few weeks. Then we review and analyse the expense documentation and feasibility.


During a half-day workshop, we'll work out how to implement your policies and requirements in Edi. We also address technical coordination for integration into your system landscape.

Configuration, integration & testing

Edi is configured specific to the customer before integration into your system landscape. Edi is put through its paces during testing. We discuss enhancements and desired changes at regular meetings and then implement them.

Training, go-live & hyper-care

We offer a variety of training courses for different user roles, from employees to admin. After successful go-live, there is a follow-up phase of 4 to 6 weeks, before we hand the project over to Support.

Frequently asked questions about the Edi expenses tool

How many employees are required to make Edi worthwhile?

Edi expenses software meets the requirements of SMEs and big companies with a complex organisation. We recommend Edi for companies of 50 employees or more, or 50-plus accounts per month.

How secure is Edi?

Information by which individuals can be identified, transaction data and statement data are guaranteed to be 100% protected. Our infrastructure is certified according to security and data protection standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018, as well as industry-specific standards, such as PCI DSS. Edi is also the only Swiss expenses tool that is ISO 27001–certified, which guarantees data protection and information security.

What does Edi cost?

Edi's licence is user-based and charged per month, so you only pay for what you actually use. Just contact our sales people or use the contact form to obtain a quotation.

How is Edi integrated?

The expenses solution can be connected to all current accounting and banking programs via interface standard ISO 20022. Dedicated connections to the accounting or ERP system are also possible, if required.

Edi is API based, which means that any interfaces can be addressed. We currently have a range of systems with standard integration (see  integrations ). Other systems can be added by agreement.

Is Edi compatible with chatbot Sophie?

Yes, Edi can be fully integrated with our HR chatbot Sophie. This means your employees can note their expenses while on the move using chatbot Sophie. Edi and Sophie communicate seamlessly with each other.
