In the sales process

We understand that the needs of every customer are different, which is why you have a direct point of contact to advise and support you individually throughout the sales process.

During the project

We offer a variety of workshops and hold regular status meetings to drive the project forward. We also take care of stakeholder management to ensure high internal acceptance of the new tool.

After the project

The hyper-care phase, immediately after go-live, usually lasts four to six weeks and ensures that potential problems are quickly identified and rectified. We remain involved and continue to support you via our CampusLine even after this phase.
