Initial Situation
Synpulse is a global consulting company headquartered in Zurich. The company offers customised consulting services in the financial services and healthcare sectors and supports its customers in the implementation of digital solutions. Synpulse employs around 1100 people worldwide and has offices in Europe, Asia and the USA.
As a consulting company that also supports its customers in their digital transformation, Synpulse recognised the need to digitalise its own internal processes. The paper-based expense process in particular was proving to be inefficient and time-consuming. The aim was to find a digital solution that would fully automate the expense process, reduce the administrative workload and offer employees a simple, user-friendly solution that would allow them to work from anywhere.
